- Thaw a sheet of puff pastry but make sure the dough is still cold 🥶.
- Dust your work space with ¾ cup of sugar.
- Place puff pastry on top of the sugar and roll it a few times with a rolling pin on both sides.
- Roll one end of the pastry rectangle into a “snake” and then roll the opposite side. Keep rolling one side and then the other until the 2 sides meet.
- Cut the rolled dough into 1 inch cookies and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle more sugar on the cookies.
- Bake at 450 for about 8 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
