I had the pleasure of meeting the staff and ordering takeout at Beautiful Rainbow today. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the corn and poblano pepper quesadilla and a sample of the pimento cheese. Everything is fresh and made by the students. It’s a most impressive organization. If you are in and around the Gadsden area, it’s the place to go for lunch.

I love how fresh the ingredients are! First to last bite was so invigorating and lovely! Thank you Chip and staff for all of your hard work, and so many yummy gluten free options!

If you haven’t eaten here for lunch yet, don’t wait another day!

The cafe is very spacious. All of the food was fantastic. My daughter a life time vegetarian loved the lasagna. And just when she thought she could not eat another thing- she spotted the Chocolate Torte. It was amazing! Simply could not believe it was that over the top fantastic! I had the tomato carrot soup with the Chicpea Spread Sandwhich! I was so impressed! I have been a vegetarian for 26 years and I am excited to see that their is a local cafe in the area. I can not wait to bring my husband and son by this summer.

I have eaten here several times and the food has always been outstanding. The salads always have a wide variety of fresh, healthy greens complemented by a range of other delicious ingredients such as tomatoes, cheese, nuts and an absolutely wonderful homemade dressing. The workers are excited about their work and genuinely interested in pleasing their customers.

Today was the first time I have eaten at the Beautiful Rainbow Cafe and I will now definitely be a regular. Wonderful experience in every way. I had the Greek Watermelon salad with feta that was outstanding. The banana smoothie was to die for! and OH MY Goodness, the TEA! Mint tea was fabulous! Got cheesecake to go and will have that this afternoon……..can’t wait.
