Candido’s Giant Chocolate Swirl Cookies

  1. Put two sticks of softened butter into the mixing bowl, or if it is not softened, grate 2 sticks of butter into the mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 cups of brown sugar and mix it with an electric mixer in the mixing bowl with the butter.
  3. Add 1 egg and mix it in with the sugar and butter.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
  5.  In another bowl, put 2 cups of all purpose (not self-rising) flour.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.
  7. Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
  8. Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture slowly with the mixer running.
  9. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips
  10.  Make 4 big balls of dough and put them on the pan and put them in the freezer for a few minutes.
  11. Cook the cookies in a 350 oven and slam the pan every 3-5 minutes.
  12. Do not overbake. Should be ready in 13-15 minutes.
